30 S TAFF R ECOMMENDATION <br />31 Staff recommends the Council direct Community Development staff to: <br />32 1) Contact a towing contractor to remove the abandoned, junk, inoperable vehicles and, <br />33 2)Contract for the removal of the trash/debris,along with the items stored outsideand, <br />34 3) Issue an administrative citation for no trash service for the residential dwelling. <br />35 R EQUESTED C OUNCIL A CTION <br />36 Direct Community Development staff to abate the nuisance conditions at 2799 Merrill St. by: <br />37 1)Contactinga towing contractor to remove the abandoned, junk, inoperable vehicles and, <br />38 2) Contractfor the removal of junk, debris and trash, and, <br />39 3) Issue an administrative citation for no trash service. <br />40 The property owner (property) will then be billed for actual and administrative costs.
