<br />Police Civil Service Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />Monday, May 11, 2015 1:30 pm <br />City Hall Elm Room, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br />Commissioners Present: <br />Chairperson Brad VanderVegt, Commissioner Janet Henquinet, and Recording Secretary Zoe Jenkins <br />Others Present: <br /> Chief Rick Mathwig <br />1.The meeting was called to order by Chairperson VanderVegt at 1:40PM. <br />2.iewed and approved. <br />3.The minutes of the April 17, 2015 meeting were approved as corrected. <br />4.Chief Mathwig requests the commission merge the eligibility list certified on December 12, <br />2014 with the current list of officers to be certified. The merging of the lists is allowed under <br />gulations when the process used <br />has not been altered. The Spring 2015 Officer Hire list was certified. Chief Mathwig feels <br />the hiring process being used is working very well and has selected excellent candidates. <br />Commissioner Henquinet shared her experience observing a portion of the interview <br />process.
