Roll Call <br /> President Dan Roe called to order a meeting of the Roseville Economic Development <br /> Authority(REDA) in and for the City of Roseville at approximately 8:05 p.m. Voting <br /> and Seating Order: Willmus, Groff, Etten, Laliberte, and Roe. <br /> Present: President Dan Roe and Board Members Robert Willmus, Jason Etten, <br /> Wayne Groff, and Lisa Laliberte. <br /> Others Present: EDA Attorney Martha Ingram, Executive Director Pat <br /> Trudgeon, and Community Development Director Janice <br /> Gundlach <br /> 2. Business Items <br /> a. Closed Session to Discuss 196 S. McCarrons Boulevard <br /> CLOSED SESSION MEETING <br /> Mayor Roe summarized the requirements of the Minnesota Open Meeting Law to <br /> conduct business in open session, accessible to the public, and the exceptions under <br /> MN Statutes Section 13D.05, including subdivision 3c, which allows a meeting to be <br /> closed to discuss offers related to the sale or purchase of property. In this case, the <br /> subject property is located at 196 South McCarrons Boulevard. <br /> Etten moved, Willmus seconded, recessing the Economic Development Authority <br /> (EDA) meeting at approximately 8:06 p.m. and convening in Closed Executive <br /> Session, per State Statute. <br /> Ayes: 5 <br /> Nays: 0 <br /> Motion carried. <br /> CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> President Roe convened the Economic Development Authority(EDA) in Closed <br /> Executive Session at approximately 8:08 p.m. <br /> In addition to the EDA Members, Executive Director Trudgeon, EDA Attorney <br /> Ingram, and Community Development Director Gundlach were also present. <br /> RECONVENE OPEN SESSION <br /> At approximately 8:21 p.m., Groff moved, Laliberte seconded, adjourning the Closed <br /> Executive Session and reconvening the Open Session. <br /> Ayes: 5 <br />
