REDA Meeting <br /> Minutes—Monday,October 21,2019 <br /> Page 2 <br /> Laliberte moved, Etten seconded, adoption of REDA Resolution No. 54 <br /> (Attachment C) entitled, "Resolution Identifying The Need For Tax Base <br /> Revitalization Account Grant Funding And Authorizing Application For Grant <br /> Funds For The Development Of Twin Lakes Station." <br /> Ayes: 5 <br /> Nays: 0 <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Groff moved, Etten seconded, adoption of REDA Resolution No. 55 <br /> (Attachment D) entitled, "Resolution In Support Of Application For Ramsey <br /> County Environmental Response Grant Funds For the Development Of Twin <br /> Lakes Station." <br /> Ayes: 5 <br /> Nays: 0 <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Etten moved, Laliberte seconded, adoption of REDA Resolution No. 56 <br /> (Attachment E) entitled, "Resolution Identifying The Need For Contamination <br /> Cleanup Grant Program Funding And Authorizing Grant Application For The <br /> Development Of Twin Lakes Station." <br /> Ayes: 5 <br /> Nays: 0 <br /> Motion carried. <br /> b. Consider Resolution Supporting Application For Environmental Response <br /> Fund Grant To Assist With Contamination Clean-Up For Development <br /> Of Lexington Avenue Properties. <br /> Housing and Economic Development Program Manager Jeanne Kelsey <br /> provided a brief summary of this request as detailed in the staff report and <br /> attachments dated October 21, 2019. <br /> Ms. Kelsey indicated the proposal before the EDA has not currently been <br /> vetted for the site design through the County or Public Works at this point. <br /> This item is in the process of being reviewed by the County and also Public <br /> Works for comments. <br /> President Roe offered an opportunity for public comment with no one <br /> appearing to speak to this issue. <br /> Willmus moved, Etten seconded, adoption of REDA Resolution No. 57 <br /> (Attachment B) entitled, "Resolution In Support Of Application For Ramsey <br />
