EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 21st day of October 2019, at 6:00 <br /> p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Willmus, Groff, Etten, Laliberte, and Roe <br /> and the following were absent: None <br /> Member Willmus introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11645 <br /> RESOLUTION REQUESTING 2020 SCORE FUNDING <br /> FOR USE IN ROSEVILLE'S RESIDENTIAL RECYCLING PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council is committed to residential waste abatement through its <br /> curbside recycling program, Clean Up Day; and <br /> WHEREAS, in order to improve Roseville's waste abatement programs and minimize the cost to <br /> Roseville residents; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey County has SCORE Funding available for 2020; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Manager is authorized to submit a <br /> funding request to Ramsey County for a 2020 SCORE Funding and that that funding will be used <br /> for Roseville's waste abatement programs. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Etten, <br /> and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Willmus, Groff, <br /> Etten, Laliberte, and Roe; and the following voted against the same: None <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
