EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 21' day of October, 2019 at 6:15 <br /> p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Willmus, Groff, Etten; Laliberte, and Roe <br /> and the following were absent: None. <br /> Member Willmus introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION 11646 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT TO <br /> THE ALIVENESS PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, The Aliveness Project has applied for a lawful gambling premise permit to conduct <br /> lawful gambling activities at 1595 W Highway 36, Space FH7; and <br /> WHEREAS, The Aliveness Project has met the local permit requirements as specified in City <br /> Code, Section 304. <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Roseville,Minnesota, <br /> as follows: <br /> The City of Roseville hereby approves the premise permit application of The Aliveness Project to <br /> conduct lawful gambling activities at 1595 W Highway 36, Space FH7 <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Etten <br /> and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Willmus, Groff, Etten, <br /> Laliberte, and Roe; and the following voted against the same: None <br /> WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
