Roseville Public Works, Environment and
Transportation Commission
Agenda Item
Date: November 26, 2019
Item Description: Miscellaneous Administrative Items
Item No: 4
Background:
There are a few administrative items that should be addressed at this November Commission
meeting.
Alternate Meeting Date for February 2020
Due to the statewide primary elections on Tuesday, February 25"', we can't hold our regularly
scheduled Commission meeting on that fourth Tuesday of the month. Therefore, the
Commission needs to select a different date for that meeting. Given the availability of the
Council Chambers, the following dates are options:
Tuesday February 18"'
Thursday February 20"'
Thursday February 27"'
All options would start at the normal meeting time of 6:30 p.m.
Recommended Action:
Motion to select an alternate meeting date for the February 2020 PWET Commission meeting.
Forestry Study Group on Policy Task Force
The second item to consider is informally selecting members for the newly organized Task
Force, currently being called the Forestry Study Group on Policy. Given this isn't a formal City
committee or subcommittee, no formal action or motion is needed, but we would like the
minutes to reflect the members that will be representing the PWET Commission at this Task
Force.
Recommended Action:
Identify the representatives for the Task Force from the PWET Commission.
