EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 2nd day of December, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Willmus, Laliberte, Groff, Etten, and Roe, and the following were absent: None Member Willmus introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 11659 RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR 2020 SANITARY SEWER MAIN LINING WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the improvement, according to the plans and specifications thereof on file in the office of the Manager of said City, said bids were received on Monday, November 25, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement: CONTRACTOR BID TOTAL Visu-sewer, Inc. $959,884.90 Hyrdo-Klean $1,094,624.10 Granite Inliner, LLC $1,133,708.00 Insituform Technologies USA, LLC $1,197,383.30 Veit& Company, Inc. $1,252,842.50 SAK Construction, LLC $1,267,961.00 Michels Corporation $1,290,877.50 Engineers Estimate $1,058,186.00 WHEREAS, it appears that Visu-sewer, Inc. is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated price of$959,884.90; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota: 1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Visu-sewer, Inc. for $959,884.90 in the name of the City of Roseville for the above improvements according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Manager. 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders
