Future Agenda Review, Communications, Reports, and Announcements — Council and City Manager City Manager Trudgeon reviewed the December 2, 2019 EDA and Council meeting agendas along with the January 6, 2020 Council meeting, the January 13, 2020 Council Work Session, and the January 14, 2020 EDA meeting. Councilmember Groff thought there was an item moved to the December 2 meeting re- garding the work in the Roselawn Cemetery but he did not see it on the proposed agenda. Mr. Trudgeon indicated he did forget to add that and would have that item on the meeting schedule for December 2. Councilmember Laliberte asked if the Council could get an update from staff on compli- ance checks for the Tobacco 21 Ordinance Roseville passed. Mr. Trudgeon indicated checks are done twice a year and any failures do come forward to the Council. He can provide an update to the Council. Mayor Roe asked if it could go back a couple of years. Councilmember Laliberte updated the Council on the RCLLG Annual Meeting. She not- ed she did begin serving on the NYFS Board and the Board just did a strategic planning meeting this past week. She updated the Council on that meeting. Mayor Roe indicated Dana Healy, CTV, will be coming before the Council and talking about all of the updates that will be provided. He noted he, along with Councilmembers Groff and Etten and Community Development Director Gundlach were at the Rice Lar- penteur Alliance meeting and the group is close to approving a strategic financing plan. 11.
