Approve Minutes Comments and corrections to draft minutes had been submitted by the City Council prior to tonight's meeting and those revisions were incorporated into the draft presented in the Council packet. a. Approve October 21,2019 EDA and City Council Meeting Minutes Willmus moved, Groff seconded, approval of the October 21, 2019 EDA and city Council Meeting Minutes as presented. Approve Consent Agenda At the request of Mayor Roe, City Manager Trudgeon briefly reviewed those items being considered under the Consent Agenda; and as detailed in specific Requests for Council Ac- tion dated November 4, 2019 and related attachments. Willmus moved, Etten seconded, approval of the Consent Agenda including claims and payments as presented and detailed. Roll Call Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Groff, Etten, and Roe. Nays: None. a. Approve General Purchases or Sale of Surplus Items Exceeding$5,000 d. Certify Unpaid Utility and Other Charges to the Property Tax Rolls e. Accept Roseville Police Foundation Donation f. Accept Donation from Jay Green for a future sidewalk on Rice Street g. Appoint Youth Representative to the Public Works, Environment and Trans- portation Commission Councilmember Willmus thanked the Police Foundation and Mr. Jay Green for the donations. 10. Future Agenda Review, Communications, Reports, and Announcements — Council and City Manager Mr. Trudgeon updated the Council on the November 25th Council and December 2❑d EDA and Council meeting agendas.
