<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 11th day of June 2001, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Mastel, Klausing, Maschka and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Klausing introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9891 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE FROM SECTION 1004.04D5 <br />(LOT AREA AND YARD REQUIREMENTS) FOR DENNIS PROKOP FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 2180 HADDINGTON ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Dennis Prokop has requested a nine-foot variance from Section 1004.04D5 <br />(Lot Area and Yard Requirements) of the Roseville City Code for property located at 2180 <br />Haddington Road, and legally described as: <br /> <br />Lot 5, Block 1, Westmoor Addition, except the South 164 feet thereof <br />(PID # 082923310007) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.04D5 requires a side yard principal structure setback from <br />property line of 15 feet; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the existing principal structure is located is located six feet from the side <br />(south) property line; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said rezoning of property located at 2180 Haddington Road has necessitated <br />the need for the nine foot variance form Section 1004.04D5; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the <br />variance request by Dennis Prokop and recommended (5-0) to approve the request, based on <br />findings outlined in Section 4 of the project report dated 6/11/01. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Dennis <br />Prokop a nine foot variance to Section I004.04D5 of the Roseville City Code based on the <br />findings in Section 4 of the project report dated 6/11/01. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Goedeke and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Goedeke, <br />Mastel, Klausing, Maschka and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />1 <br />
