<br />VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE <br />Meeting Tues~, J\Ù\V 17 1.951. at 2.00 P.M. <br /> <br />162 <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following members present <br />CarJ.son, Will"llus, and Hammersten. Mueller and Membrez were attending 8. hearing <br />on Village matters at the Courthouse. and arrived at 4.0C p.m. <br /> <br />The Clerk read the minutes of the previous meeting and the adjourned meeting <br />and on motion by Moeller seconded by Membrez'~theJ·~Y~re.approved as read. Roll call <br />Ayes-(5) N~es (a). <br /> <br />t <br /> <br />Mr. Frank McCarron was present and asked about the road he wanted the village to <br />take over name4r Sbyrer Ave east of Dale st. and said he would give an easement <br />f or. a turn around at the end ot the road. <br /> <br />Mr. Gan.denaberry was seeking information about the future opening of Fernwood <br />A'Ye.T¡;¡1U1ð. wIiethBr:,J)èl1:wood would run up to County Road B2. He was told that the <br />School Board JJI8Y build the rœd from Lexington to HamUne after the High School <br />is in u.se .so he could then use the back end of his property. <br /> <br />F.J .Humphrey 251 Burke inquired about grading Burke St. from Farrington to <br />Giesman. H, has given an easement and '88.S told that McCarron had just left ease- <br />ment papers with the Council for their part of the road and something would be done <br />shortly. <br /> <br />ME'. Roarke and Mr.B.G .Rice of Nancy place presented a petition signed by prop- <br />erty owners on Nancy from Lovell to Grandview saying they wanted the street fixed <br />so water would drain off of it, and also have a city section made on the East side <br />of the street. Carlson moved seconded by Hammersten that the petition be accept- <br />ed and the matter be referred to the road overseer. <br /> <br />Motion by Carlson seconded by "f¡[illmus that we accept easement and turn around ease- <br />ment from Frank and Alice McCarron and have the grade established and stakes placed <br />by the County Surveyor.
