Chair Cihacek explained the County, city, MnDOT are all doing programs and <br />plans faster than a data collection on transportation routes so the question would be <br />if the city could get the information then it could be put into the model to fill in the <br />holes and would the city actually be able to get to the data needed and canvas the <br />people to make the justification. <br />Member Hammer also wondered what kind of outreach is done and if there is a <br />partnership. <br />Vice Chair Wozniak indicated he would have liked to have heard more about <br />marketing, outreach and surveying ridership by the Met Council. <br />Chair Cihacek thought the Transit Marketing specialist should be brought in to <br />discuss this with the Commission. <br />9. Items for Next Meeting — January 28, 2020 <br />Discussion ensued regarding the January PWETC agenda: <br />• January Sustainability Super Meeting <br />o Climate Action Plan Experience -Presentation by another city <br />o Resilient Roseville Presentation on Xcel Energy Grant <br />o Review of Carbon Footprint Reduction Efforts To Date <br />o Review of other initiatives underway regarding resiliency, sustainability <br />and carbon footprint reductions <br />o Partners in Energy and Climate Goal Change <br />o Partnering with the Met Council <br />10. Adjourn <br />Motion <br />Member Huiett moved, Member Wozniak seconded, adjournment of the <br />meeting at approximately 8:37 p.m. <br />Ayes: 6 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />Page 5 of 5 <br />
