Roseville Public Works, Environment <br />and Transportation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />Tuesday, January 28, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. <br />City Council Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br />1 1. Introduction / Roll Call <br />2 Chair Cihacek called the meeting to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. and at his <br />3 request, Public Works Director Marc Culver called the roll. <br />4 Present: Chair Brian Cihacek; Vice Chair Joe Wozniak; and Members Karen <br />5 Huiett, Michael Joyce, Nancy Misra, Shane Spencer and Youth <br />6 Member Jan Lynch <br />7 Absent: Member Stephanie Hammer (Excused) <br />8 Staff Present: Public Works Director Marc Culver; and Environmental <br />9 Specialist Ryan Johnson <br />10 2. Public Comments <br />11 Ms. Donna Peterson, 2436 Pascal Street, stated as a member of the League of <br />12 Women Voters and also Resilient Roseville she and her fellow members are really <br />13 excited about the meeting and are looking forward to what can be learned. <br />14 Mr. Shawn ??, stated Alliance for Sustainability is working on getting more <br />15 momentum from Ramsey County to provide additional staff support to help cities <br />16 work on this issue. <br />17 3. Approval of November 26, 2019 Meeting Minutes <br />18 Comments and corrections to draft minutes had been submitted by PWETC <br />19 commissioners prior to tonight's meeting and those revisions incorporated into the <br />20 draft presented in meeting materials. <br />21 Motion <br />22 Member Wozniak moved, Member Spencer seconded, approval of the <br />23 November 26, 2019 meeting minutes as presented. <br />24 Ayes:6 <br />25 Nays:0 <br />26 Motion carried. <br />Page 1 of 5 <br />
