<br />VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE <br />Regular Meeting Tuesday Aug. 7 1951 at 2 P.M. <br /> <br />164 <br /> <br />t <br /> <br />The V1l1age Council met on the above da.te with the following members present <br />Carlson, 'Wil1Jnus, Membrez and Mueller .Hammersten absent. Ira Karon Village <br />attorney was also present. <br />Mr. H.A.McCarty 1888 W. County Road C presented a petition about BOIDe pigs <br />being raised on residential property by a Mr.Hebbe. Clerk 'WaS instructed to write. <br />a letter to Mr. Hebbe calling his attention that the Froperty is zoned residential <br />and he cannot raise pigs. <br />A 1IQi1Uà <br />IWl¿W.:;.cl(orroll appeared about Korroll Road. Mr. Korroll will meet Mr. Membrez <br />at the County Surveyors office on the matter. <br /> <br />Carlson moved seconded by Hembrez that we accept Sherren st. subject to <br />acceptance by road overseer. Roll call Ayes-4 Nayes - (C) . <br /> <br />Mr. Ghas Krause submitted his plat ,and it was accepted with the tmderstanding <br />that drainage will be owners responSibility. Willmus moved,seconded by Mueller to <br />accept the plat. Roll call Ayes -(4) Nayes -(0). <br /> <br />Arden Hills plat No, 4 was presented. Membrez moved seconded by Mueller that <br />plat be accepted. Roll call Ayes -(4) Nayes -(0). <br /> <br />Membrez moved seconded by Mueller that the vacating of Aldine Place be <br />continued to the next meeting. Roll call Ayes-(4) Nayes -(0). <br /> <br />John Smich and Henry J.Rutter residing on Pleasant St. North of Roselawn <br />inquired about ~leasant St. Clerk 1071.:.1 check to see if the road ha.s been taken <br />over. <br />Mr. Mack representing Robert WOOc1r&l 293 W.County Road B, suggested that the <br />building inspector make a relort of the construction of this House which was <br />originally built as a garage. <br />Propert;¡r owners on Raymond Ave and Mr. Schulze aL~'eared about the Hogs west <br />of Raymond Ave. Attorney Y\B.ron reccou!I1lended that if their problem was a nusance it <br />is up to the people to take action against ?fr. Schulze. <br />Mr. Wilson of County Road C2 andI Fairview appeared about a building permit <br />and was told to furnish specifications to the building inspector to obtain a <br />permit. - <br />There being no further business, Membrez moved seconded bJ- Carlson that <br />meeting be .~_"" until Friday Eve.
