Aug. 1.0 1951 <br /> <br />165 <br /> <br />t <br /> <br />The adj ourned meeting of the Rosevi1le Council 'Was called to order by Mayor <br />Mueller at 7 .15.~.m. with the following members present .Carlson. Wi11mus ,Mueller <br />Membrez and Hammersten. Frank Leinen Village Building Inspector was also rresent. <br />Mr. Beam of Toltz King and ~ was l>Tesent in the discussion of the new Fire <br />Station- Inquiring about the type of facing on the building, whether it was to be <br />stucco or face brick.Stucco would cost 1/5 more than the coJt of wa.lls,and brick <br />would run approx. 1,600 dollars more or about $3.0CO for the bric~work on four <br />sides. <br />Option 1, 2~and 3 will be set up in the specifications to take care of rooms <br />and furnishings that may not be included in the bid, to come within the estimates. <br />£irFront of building is to be brick and other walls are to be stucco. Oak noars <br />andltrim.... Steam system. <br />r Membrez moved seconded by Carlson that Harvey Peterson Dale & Larpenteur <br />be given a ten year permit for construction of a filling station. Roll call Ayes(5) <br />Nayes -(o). <br />Mr. Maher was present and inquired about taking over his roads.
