Introductions <br /> <br />2. Public Comment Invited <br /> <br />3. Approval of Minutes of the February 4, 2020 Meeting <br />Enclosed is a copy of the minutes of February 4, 2020. Please be prepared to <br />approve/amend. <br />Requested Commission Action: Approve/amend meeting minutes of February 4, 2020. <br /> <br />4. Forestry Task Force Discussion <br />The Forestry Task Force where Vice-Chair Hoag and Commissioner Dahlstrom are serving <br />as your representatives has met on January 22 and February 26, 2020. An update will be <br />provided at the meeting. <br /> <br />This item will be a future agenda item to allow for updates and for you to give regular <br />feedback and guidance to Commissioners Hoag and Dahlstrom. Please plan to provide <br />input. <br />Requested Commission Action: Discussion and provide input. <br /> <br />5. Parks and Recreation Commission Goals Review <br />Commissioner O’Brien suggested a review and discussion of the 2019 commission goals. <br />They are included in your packet. Please be prepared to discuss status, relevancy, <br />additions, deletions and modifications, as you are comfortable. <br />Requested Commission Action: Discuss, modify, adjust, as you feel comfortable. <br /> <br />6. Election of Chair and Vice-Chair <br />Per City Code, the election of officers occur at the last meeting preceding the end of regular <br />terms of appointment. This is the time to elect the Chair and Vice-Chair for the upcoming <br />year. The election may occur by voice vote or secret ballot depending on the Commissions <br />wishes. <br />Requested Commission Action: Election of Chair and Vice-Chair of the Roseville Parks <br />and Recreation Commission. <br /> <br />7. Appoint Ethics Commission Representative <br />The makeup of the City Ethics Commission is a representative of each of the other City <br />Advisory Commissions including one from the Parks and Recreation Commission. <br />Commissioner Stoner has served in that role during the past year and will provide a <br />summary of duties and his experience at your meeting. This is a standing item each year <br />on your agenda. <br /> <br />In your packet is Chapter 207 of the City Code that identifies the scope and duties of the <br /> <br />
