REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />Date: <br />Item No.: <br />9.f <br />Department Approval City Manager Approval <br />Item Description: Approve Morris Leatherman Company Community Survey Agreement <br />1 B ACKGROUND <br />2 On March 19, 2020, the City Council approved a draft of the 2020 community survey of Roseville <br />3 residents and directed staff to arrange a contract for resident survey services with Morris Leatherman <br />4 Company. Attached herewith is a proposed agreement with Morris Leatherman company to provide <br />5 resident survey services. <br />6 P OLICY O BJECTIVE <br />7 To conduct a 123-question survey of 400 randomly selected Roseville residents to provide a <br />8 benchmark for determining resident satisfaction with City services and other topics of interest to the <br />9 City Council. <br />10 B UDGET I MPLICATIONS <br />11 The proposed agreement for survey services is $20,000.
