Exhibit B <br />The City of Roseville agrees to pay The Morris Leatherman Company the sum of $20,000.00 for <br />the completion of a Quality of Life and City Service Survey per the terms and conditions of the <br />City of Roseville’s Standard Agreement for Professional Services. The survey will include a <br />random sample of 400 City of Roseville Residents. The total number of questions will be 123. <br />Cost will include all fieldwork, coding, data entry and preparation of the frequencies. <br />Frequencies should be provided within two weeks after completion of the fieldwork.
