Attachment A <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 23rdday of March, 2020, at 6:00 <br />p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent:. <br />Member ___ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION No. <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 2020 MINNESOTA GREENCORPS HOST SITE <br />APPLICATION <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville will apply to host an AmeriCorps member from the Minnesota <br />GreenCorps, a program of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA), for the 2020-2021 <br />program year; and <br />W <br />HEREAS, if the MPCA selects the City of Roseville, the organization is committed to <br />implementing the proposed project as described in the host site application, and in accordance with <br />pre-scoped position description; and <br />HEREAS, the MPCA requires that the City of Roseville enter into a host site agreement with <br />W <br />the MPCA that identifies the terms, conditions, roles and responsibilities; <br />BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City of Rosevillehereby agrees to enter into and sign a host site <br />agreement with the MPCA to carry out the member activities specified therein and to comply with <br />all of the terms, conditions, and matching provisions of the host siteagreement and authorizes and <br />directs City Manager, Patrick Trudgeon, to sign the grant agreement on its behalf. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member ___, and <br />upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: . <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />
