Rd C West and 1717 County Road C West, Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota. I am writing to request a database search for the site located in the southeast ¼ of Section 4, Township 29N, Range 23W. See the attached figure of the project location. The proposed development would convert an existing 21-acre industrial site to residential and commercial development, consistent with the planned land use for the area (community mixed use).
