ATTACHMENT D <br /> <br /> <br />City of Roseville <br />ORDINANCE SUMMARY NO. ____ <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SELECTED TEXT OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE, <br />TITLE 9, CHAPTER 906, BUILDING MAINTENANCE AND PRESERVATION <br />The following is the official summary of text amendments to Title 9, Chapter 906 approved by the <br />City Council of Roseville on April 13, 2020: <br /> <br />The Roseville City Code is hereby amended to modify/clarify specific requirements within <br />Roseville City Code, Title 9, Chapter 906, BUILDING MAINTENANCE AND <br />PRESERVATION, more specifically amending Chapter 906 to update from the 2003 <br />International Property Maintenance Code to the 2018 version of the International Property <br />Maintenance Code, while maintaining City-specific edits. <br /> <br />A printed copy of the ordinance is available for inspection by any person during regular office <br />hours in the office of the City Manager at the Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113.
