<br />35 Attachment A <br />36 EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />37 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />38 <br />39 * * * * * * * * * * * <br />40 <br />41 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />42 County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 13th day of April 2020 at 6:00 p.m. <br />43 <br />44 The following members were present: <br />45 and the following were absent: <br />46 <br />47 Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />48 <br />49 <br />50 RESOLUTION ______________ <br />51 <br />52 RESOLUTION AMENDING THE INVESTMENT POLICY <br />53 FOR THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />54 <br />55 <br />56 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota desires to establish budget and financial <br />57 policies that provide for the sustainability of City programs, services and infrastructure; and <br />58 <br />59 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota desires to maintain the City’s strong <br />60 financial condition; and <br />61 <br />62 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota desires to provide appropriate fiscal <br />63 and budgeting controls. <br />64 <br />65 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that <br />66 the Investment Policy included in Appendix A be adopted and remain in effect until such time that a <br />67 subsequent policy action is taken. <br />68 <br />69 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member and upon a <br />70 vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />71 <br />72 and the following voted against the same: <br />73 <br />74 WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />75 <br />76 State of Minnesota) <br />77 ) SS <br />78 County of Ramsey) <br />79 <br />80 <br />Page 3 of 8 <br /> <br />
