Hello, I am writing to state my concerns for rezoning 2395 Cty Rd BW from a LDR-1 to a MDR area. I am 100% against changing this zoning to MDR. The following are our reasons: * This will burden the neighborhood with excess traffic on Cty Rd B which is also used as the neighborhood walking and bike path that was added in recent years with major usage of all ages everyday. This is a dead end road to Hwy 280 with only entry and exit at Cleveland. A turn around was added and to this day that turn around is used by semi, buses and lost people everyday. * Adding an additional street next to my property will add to my tax burden, noise , pollution and privacy to my front, side & backyards. Headlights would be constant to my living room and bedroom windows as well as noise from cars, garbage trucks, snow plows and a turnaround for semis, buses and lost people. * This would strip the land of trees and wildlife giving way to more noise and pollution from Hwy 280, Hwy 36 & 35W. * According to Met Council a 100’ buffer needs to be added for water shed and I do not see this being addressed. * The construction disruption and wear and tear would be unnerving for approx. 2 years. I am disappointed in not being able to meet with all neighbors during the governors stay in place rule. I pray the City of Roseville will have an open to the public review when this virus is under control to be fair to all parties affected by this zoning decision. Our neighborhood has increased greatly in population in the last 10 years and I feel we have met our capacity for development. We are not near any public transportation and we all depend on our cars for transportation in and out on Cty Rd B only. I can see adding 4-5 maximum large single family homes on this land and that is it. My Wish is To Have A Nature Preserve. This would be the key to building strong connections with our neighbors which builds a better Roseville for all. I hope you understand my concerns for developing this area into MDR zoning would be a mistake to the environment of the earth and family life in this area. Please, please vote no.
