<br />VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE <br />Meeting,Wednesday Dec.5 1951 at 2.00 P.M. <br /> <br />185 <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following members present, <br />Carlson,Willmus,Mueller and Hammersten.Membrez and Ira Karon Village Attorney were absent. <br /> <br />The Clerk read the minutes of the last meeting of Nov. 20 and on motion by Carlson, <br />seconded by Willmus they were approved as read. Roll Call Ayes*(4) Nayes (0). <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The hearing on the petition of the Midland Hills Golf Couree for the vacating of a <br />portion of Fulham. st. "'a.~ declared open. There being no one present objecting to the <br />vacating,Mueller aoyed, seconded by Wi1lJDus that the following described property. <br />Fulham st. trom the North line ot Garcelon' s <br />Addition to st. Paul to the South line of <br />Fairway Subdivision,R8lB8ey CO'UJ1ty, be vacated. <br />Roll Call Ayes -(4) Nayes -(0). <br /> <br />P.O. Pederson of the P.O. Pederson Ccmtract1ng Co. was present and inquired about getting <br />a tinal settlement on the crushing ot gravel he had done tor the Village. There being a <br />difterence in estimates and he had not presented two bills tor settlement until an agree- <br />ment could be reached. He also stated Mr Gottfried would have a small amO'UJ1t due him <br />based on final figures agreed upon. <br />Mr. Pederson presented the two bills in question. Mueller moved, seconded by Hammersten <br />that they be paid along with the balance due Gottfreid.Roll Call Ayes-(4) Nayes (0). <br /> <br />},Ir. A.H.Luhrsen of 187 Woodlynn Ave was present and told of the snow plowing job done <br />last year on Woodlyn and Woodbridge in his area and asked if we could help him get a <br />better job done this year. The Clerk was asked to write a letter to the County Surveyor's <br />Dept.calling their attention to the matter. <br /> <br />The Clerk read the Tally Sheet of the Election of Tuesday Dec.4 Carlson moved, seconded <br />by Willmus that upon the canvas of votes, the results shown upon the Tally sheets are correct <br />and the persons therein named receiving the largest number of votes are elected to the / <br />offices therin designated. Roll Call Ayes-(4) Nayes -(0). <br /> <br />The Clerk read a petition received from Everet F.Healy for the rezoning of <br />Lots 11 and 12 Block 2, Garcelon's addition <br />from Class A Residence to Class B Residence. <br />Mueller moved, secoEded by Carlson that the petition be accepted and a public hearing be <br />held on Tuesday Dec. 18 at 2.00 P.M.
