Roseville Public Works, Environment <br />and Transportation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />Tuesday, June 23, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. <br />City Council Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br />1 <br />1. <br />Introduction / Roll Call <br />2 <br />Acting Chair Wozniak called the meeting to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. and <br />3 <br />at his request, Public Works Director Marc Culver called the roll. <br />4 <br />5 <br />Present: Chair Joe Wozniak; Vice Chair Karen Huiett; and Members <br />6 <br />Stephanie Hammer, Michael Joyce, Nancy Misra, Shane Spencer, <br />7 <br />Jarrod Cicha and Youth Member Jana Lynch. <br />8 <br />9 <br />Absent: None. <br />10 <br />11 <br />Staff Present: Public Works Director Marc Culver; City <br />12 <br />Engineer/Assistant Public Works Director Jesse <br />13 <br />Freihammer; Civil Engineer Luke Sandstrom, and <br />14 <br />Environmental Specialist Ryan Johnson <br />15 <br />16 <br />2. <br />Public Comments <br />17 <br />None. <br />18 <br />19 <br />3. <br />Swearing in of New Commission Member <br />20 <br />Mr. Culver introduced Jarrod Cicha and proceeded to swear him in. <br />21 <br />22 <br />Commissioner Cicha reviewed his background with the Commission. <br />23 <br />24 <br />4. <br />Election of Officers <br />25 <br />Mr. Culver reviewed the City of Roseville's Code regarding election of officers. <br />26 <br />27 <br />Member Misra nominated Acting Chair Wozniak for Chair of the PWETC. <br />28 <br />29 <br />Member Spencer seconded the nomination. <br />30 <br />31 <br />Acting Chair Wozniak accepted the nomination for Chair. <br />32 <br />33 <br />Mr. Culver asked if there was any other nominations.
