Kimley>Morn The project study area that was previously agreed upon by City of Roseville and Ramsey County staff as part of the 2015 traffic study will be used for this traffic study. The study area is bounded by Fairview Avenue to the west, County Road B2 W to the north, Snelling Avenue to the east, and TH 36 to the south. The following intersections are included in the project's study area: • Fairview Avenue & TH 36 (EB) • Fairview Avenue & TH 36 (WB) • Fairview Avenue & Rosedale Center Driveway #1 • Fairview Avenue & County Road B2 W • County Road B2 W & Rosedale Center Driveway #2 • County Road B2 W & Brooks Avenue (Rosedale Commons Driveway) • County Road B2 W & Rosedale Center Driveway #3 • County Road B2 W & Snelling Avenue (SB) / Rosedale Center Driveway #4 • County Road B2 W & Snelling Avenue (NB) • Major internal ring road intersections Exhibit 2 provides the locations of the study intersections, and their associated lane geometries. All study intersections are signalized currently, except for the major internal ring road intersections. GROWTH ASSUMPTIONS The South Campus Master Plan is expected to be completed within five (5) years. The future year analysis will consist of a Short -Term (2024) and Long -Term (2040) time periods. Due to minimal growth in historic traffic volumes in this study area (based on MnDOT counts and comparison of turning movement counts to the 2015 traffic study), an areawide annual growth rate of 0.5% per year was applied to the TMCs at all the study area intersections to obtain Short -Term (2024) and Long - Term (2040) background traffic volumes.
