Among this 49%, fifty-five percent had not used the drop- <br />off site. About 22% of all residents report using the facility acouple of times a month. Among <br />the 51% not aware of the drop-off site, only 24% indicate they would be likely to use it. <br />Public Safety: <br />In rating the seriousness of public safety concerns in the City of Roseville, 31traffic <br />crease of 12%; and 17residential crimes,an increase of 12%; arethe <br />greatest concern. Eleven percent each <br />-ins and theft from automobiles.Onlythreepercent consider none of these as serious <br />concerns, one-tenthof the level inthe survey taken fouryears ago. <br />Eighty-three <br />15%two <br />Parks and Recreation: <br />Ninety-seven <br />twopercent are5% most <br />trails34neighborhood parks11% most frequently use <br />acilitiesNineteen percent, a decline of 9% since 2018, do <br />not use any of these facilities. Alarge majority, 83%,have no suggestions for offering new or expanding current <br />park and recreation programs. <br />Forty-fivepercent report household members use the trail system at least once per week; twenty- <br />seven percentdo so several times a monthly or just monthly; and, 9% are less frequent trail <br />users. Nineteenpercent report no one in their household uses the trails at all. In prioritizing <br />34%ls <br />connecting neighborhoods and parks,while 31% choose theconstruction of additional trails <br />for exercise within parks.Twenty-ninepercent choose connecting <br />neighborhoods and shopping and business areas <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br />
