6. Civic Master Plan Update <br />Mr. Culver provided a brief review and update on the Civic Master Plan listed in <br />the staff report dated July 28, 2020. <br />Member Huiett indicated she was a little disappointed because she did not see how <br />the plan impacted stakeholders and she was curious how intensively is the service <br />model studied. She understood completely all of the aspects about space utilization <br />and square footage but she has not seen the discussion around how the service <br />provided to people will change and improve in quality. She thought there needed <br />to be more conversation otherwise she cannot support this. <br />Mr. Culver understood and did indicate there will be more information in the final <br />report. <br />Year in Review — Preliminary 2020 — 2021 Calendar <br />This item was postponed to the August meeting. <br />8. Items for Next Meeting — August 25, 2020 <br />Discussion ensued regarding the May PWETC agenda: <br />• Year in Review — Preliminary 2020 — 2021 Calendar <br />• City Campus Master Plan update and review <br />• Partners in Energy Program <br />• Ordinance updates <br />• Citizens Survey review <br />Mr. Culver noted at the October meeting he hoped to have the Government Alliance <br />on Race and Equity presentation along with discussion and what the city is doing in all <br />departments and Commissions. <br />9.
