<br />VILT,AGE COUNCIL OF ROSE'VILLE <br />Speci~l m~eting Tuesday Evening,February 26th 8.00 P.M. <br /> <br />A special meeting was called to order by Mayor Connor a.t 8.60 P.M. with the <br />following members present. Carlson,Willmus,Membrez, Connor and Hammersten. <br />~~~yor Connor presented a plan for a proposed new Business development in the Village. <br />After some discussion ¡IS to area involved it was tabled until a proper presentation by <br />Mr. Krannak. <br />A report was given on the Civil Defense meeting held or Honday eve. at the Fire Stlil.tion <br />when a good size crowd was present, and three pictures dealing with Civil Defense were <br />shown. <br />Membrez moved, seconded by Willmus that the Clerk serve notice on the Colu11lbia Transit <br />Corp. to vac ate the garage part of the building by March 31 19S2. Roll Call Ayes- (.5) <br />Nayes-(O) . <br />Re;..modeling of the building was discussed b~T the members of the Council and it was <br />agreed tlui.t n plaBter the south wall ;md re-decorate w;¡lls ;and ceiling, and get it readJr <br />for u~e.
