Exhibit E
Alternative Revenue Share Model:
Revenue Share Proposal
Revenue share percentage 80% of published price index (listed below)
Less processing cost per ton $58 per ton
When the City Revenue Share per ton of Recyclable Material sold by Eureka exceeds
the processing fee, the City shall receive revenues based upon the total number of
tons of Recyclable Materials collected during that quarter. Eureka's payment to the
City shall be equal to the difference between the City Revenue Share per ton and the
Processing Cost per Ton multiplied by total delivered tons.
If the City Revenue Share per ton is less than the Processing Cost per ton, the City
will pay Eureka a "Recyclable Material Offset" (RMO) per ton for all tons collected
during the quarter equal to the difference between the City Rev Share per ton and
the Processing Cost per ton multiplied by the total delivered tons.
Due to market conditions, Eureka Recycling is not able to offer a floor price on this
contract. However, we have lowered our processing cost per ton to give the City
some additional protection from low markets.
Commodity Indices Used to Calculate the City Revenue Share:
Material
Published Index
Special news, deink quality (8)
Newspaper
Pulp and Paper Weekly (PPW), Midwest/Chicago Region
High Side.
Soft mixed paper (2)
Mixed Fiber
Pulp and Paper Weekly (PPW), Midwest/Chicago Region
High Side.
Old corrugated containers (11)
Corrugated Cardboard
Pulp and Paper Weekly (PPW),
Midwest/Chicago Region High Side.
Aseptic
PS 52 Aseptic Cartons www.RecyclingMarkets.net CHICAGO
(Midwest / Central), Regional Average.
Metals Aluminum Cans (Sorted, Baled, picked up)
Aluminum
www.RecyclingMarkets.net CHICAGO (Midwest / Central),
Regional Average.
Tin
Metals Steel Cans (Sorted, Baled, picked up)
www.Rec clin Markets.net CHICAGO Midwest Central),
