Proposers must clearly specify their proposed single -sort cart <br />manufacturer. <br />Thirty-two and ninety-six gallon carts of similar design shall be <br />provided to residents who request a different level of service. <br />Additional carts will be provided at no extra charge to residents who <br />request them. <br />Curbside Single Stream (Option Two City -Owned Carts) <br />The Contractor or designated subcontractor shall work with the City <br />to procure 64-gallon carts for use in the single stream collection <br />program. The carts will become the property of the City of Roseville <br />at the end of the contract period for use in the next contract cycle. <br />The Contractor or designated subcontractor will maintain a sufficient <br />new and replacement cart inventory that will be purchased by the <br />City. Damaged carts shall be repaired or replaced within two <br />business days. <br />Proposers must clearly specify their proposed single -sort cart <br />manufacturer. <br />Thirty-two and ninety-six gallon carts of similar design shall be <br />provided to residents who request a different level of service. <br />Additional carts will be provided at no extra charge to residents who <br />request them. <br />The cart manufacturer selected by the City under a separate <br />procurement process shall be responsible for preparing a <br />comprehensive cart rollout plan and schedule for the initial cart <br />distribution. This cart roll -out plan shall include: <br />1. Final cart, label and logo specifications (including details of <br />cart color, lid color, and draft content of any label <br />instructions) to be proposed by the Contractor and approved <br />by the City. <br />2. Cart order quantity (including specified overage to have in <br />stock as excess inventory). <br />3. Contractor's plan for cart roll -out to customers, including <br />start and end dates. <br />The Contractor will work with the City to create the educational <br />materials for distribution to customers. <br />At a minimum, the educational materials must have the following <br />items: <br />1. Single stream system instructional brochure for customers. <br />17 <br />
