If the Contractor fails to address the repair or replacement damaged <br />property within 48 hours, the City may, but shall not be obligated to, <br />repair or replace such damaged property, and the Contractor shall <br />fully reimburse the City for any of its reasonably incurred expenses. <br />The Contractor shall reimburse the City for any such expenses within <br />30 days of receipt of the City's invoice. <br />5.18. Street Improvements <br />This Contract is subject to the right of State of Minnesota, Ramsey <br />County or the City of Roseville to improve its highways and streets. <br />The Contractor accepts the risk that such improvements may prevent <br />the Contractor from traveling its accustomed route or routes for the <br />purpose of collecting recyclables. The Contractor agrees not to make <br />any claim for compensations against a City for such interference. <br />The City of Roseville shall, whenever possible, advance information <br />and instructions about how the Contractor may best provide services <br />in the improvement area. <br />5.19 Municipal Facilities <br />Contractor will provide weekly recycling service at no additional <br />charge to: <br />1. City Hall — 2660 Civic Center Drive <br />2. Roseville Skating Center — 2661 Civic Center Drive <br />3. Public Works Maintenance Facility— 1140 Woodhill Drive <br />4. Fire Station One — 2701 Lexington Avenue <br />5. Cedarholm Golf Course — 2395 Hamline Avenue <br />6. Harriet Alexander Nature Center/Wildlife Rehabilitation Center — <br />2520 Dale Street <br />7. Other mutually agreed upon City facilities. <br />Contractor will provide on -call recycling service to: <br />1. License Center— 2737 Lexington Avenue <br />2. Fire Station Two — 2501 Fairview Avenue (currently not in <br />service) <br />City Park Recycling <br />Contractor shall provide a proposal for recvcling services in Citv <br />Parks. The proposal should include servicing carts on a $ per pull <br />basis that are adjacent to parking lots, adjacent to buildings (< 25' <br />from parking lot), and on trails/pathways. The contractor should also <br />provide a recommended schedule for servicing the parks, and include <br />a removal and placement plan of carts in the spring and fall. The <br />Recycling Coordinator will inform the contractor on scheduling the <br />servicing, dates for removal and placement of the carts. <br />24 <br />
