EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Tuesday, February 13, 1990, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Thomas, Maschka, Johnson, and Cushman and the following were absent: Rag. Councilmember Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8550 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT NOS. P-90-02, NEIGHBORHOOD NO. 71, P-90-08, AND ST-90-09 AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement Nos. P-90-02, Neighborhood No. 71, P-90-08, and ST-90-09 consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, sanitary sewer service repair, and necessary appurtenances on all that property abutting Cohansey Boulevard from Dale street to N. McCarrons Boulevard, Eldridge Avenue from Cohansey Boulevard to Western Avenue, Crescent Lane from Cohansey Boulevard to Irene street, Irene Street from N. McCarrons Boulevard to Eldridge Avenue, Western Avenue from N. McCarrons Boulevard to County Road B, Hand Avenue from County Road B to N. McCarrons Boulevard, Burke Avenue from Hand Avenue to Albemarle street, Farrington street from Elmer street to Burke Avenue, Giesman street from N. McCarrons Boulevard to Burke Avenue, William street from N. McCarrons Boulevard to County Road B, Marion street from Elmer street to Burke Avenue, Albemarle street from Skillman Avenue to Burke Avenue, Elmer street from Hand Avenue to Rice Street, Woodbridge street from Elmer street to Skillman Avenue, Skillman Avenue from Woodbridge street to Albemarle street, and Western Avenue from County Road B to N. McCarrons Boulevard as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $2,932,926.44 and substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City Manager; and having considered the views of all interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed. The City Public Works Director is directed to prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and specifications.
