I am a resident of Roseville and also an <br />Comment, Question or <br />enrolled member of the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe. I am the <br />Concern <br />Director of Department of Indian Work a program of Interfaith <br />Action of Greater St.Paul. As an indigenous women, I feel <br />offended when I learned there was a park in our city named <br />Pocahontas Park. I hope you are aware that her story that <br />Disney told is historically inaccurate. I feel that the park should <br />be renamed and I personally would like to see it be named in <br />Ojibwe. I am aware St.Paul is historically Dakota/Lakota land but <br />the Ojibwe people were also in the area. I am willing to help <br /> <br />
