Paper <br />Paper includes the following: newspapers including inserts; household office paper and mail; <br />boxboard; carrier stock cardboard; old corrugated cardboard, including boxes for delivery and <br />take out pizzas; phone books; kraft bags; and magazines/catalogs. <br />Partial Dumps <br />When the Contractor tips the Recycling cart into the truck, but only a portion of the Recyclables <br />are emptied and the Recyclables were not over -packed into the cart. <br />Participation Rate <br />The number of Single Unit Dwellings (SUDS) that set out recyclable maCl at least once <br />during a defined period of time (specific time) as a percentage of the number of eligible SUDS in <br />the City. <br />Plastic Containers <br />Rigid plastic containers, lids, and toy and electronic packaging, excluding blacN(PHDsti <br />a <br />resin identification code of: #1 (polyethylene terephthalate PET or PETE]); #d #5 <br />(polypropylene [PP]). <br />Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET or PETE) <br />Plastic bottles made from PET (e.g., soft drink, water, and other bott es). <br />Process Residuals <br />Is <br />The material that cannot be economically recy e to m7diposed <br />characteristics such as size, <br />shape, color, cross -material contamination, etc. d must be as mixed municipal solid <br />waste. Process residuals include but are not limit to bulky items contaminants as collected <br />sorted tailings, floor sweepings, and rejects from s i processing equipment (e.g., materials <br />cleaned from screens, etc.). Process residuals does nclude clean, separated products that are <br />normally processed and prepared for shipment to m rkets as commodities but are of relatively <br />low value because of depressed market demand conditions. <br />Processing Ak Ms, <br />The sorting, volume reduction, baling, containment, or other preparation of recyclable materials <br />delivered to the processing center for transportation or marketing purposes. <br />Processing Fee <br />Agreed -upon unit fee allocated towards Contractor's cost of processing Recyclables. <br />Recyclables <br />Acceptable materi for the Roseville Recycling program as defined herein and in Exhibit E. <br />Recycled Content Products <br />Products or goods, including roadbed or other aggregate products that are openly marketed and <br />have positive value.
