<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall <br />in said City on Monday, February 26, 1990, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Thomas, Maschka, Johnson, Cushman <br />and Rog <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8551 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF COUNTY ROAD C-2 FROM <br />CLEVELAND AVENUE TO LANGTON LAKE, A PORTION OF IMPROVEMENT <br />NOS. P-90-02, NEIGHBORHOOD NO. 6 AND P-90-13 <br />AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR UNDER <br />AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that <br />in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota statutes, Chapter 429, as <br />amended, the Council continued the public hearing on the proposed <br />construction of a portion of Improvement Nos. P-90-02, Neighborhood No. 6 <br />and P-90-13 consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, <br />concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, sanitary sewer service repairs, <br />and necessary appurtenances on all that property abutting County Road C- <br />2 from Cleveland Avenue to Langton Lake as described in the Notice of <br />Hearing at a cost presently estimated at a total cost of $457,743.53 for <br />projects P-90-02, Neighborhood No. 6 and P-90-13, and substantially in <br />accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof <br />which is now on file in the office of the City Manager; and having <br />considered the views of all interested persons and being fully advised <br />in the premises, the Council does hereby determine and order that said <br />improvement shall be constructed and financed. The City Public Works <br />Director is directed to prepare and submit to the Council the final <br />plans and specifications. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Thomas and upon roll call vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Thomas, Maschka, <br />Johnson, Cushman, and Rag <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
