The proposed development currently consists of eight (8) single-family residential <br />lots, and one Outlotfor Association purposes and lake accessfor the lots west of Victoria Street. <br />The development of the property will take into consideration thelocal area and natural <br />vegetation on the property in an attempt to preserve as much natural environment as possible. <br />Stormwater management of the project will meet the requirements of the Cityand the <br />Watershed. <br />The lots on the lake are expected to have homes constructed on themwhich will be between <br />$700,000 and $1,000,000 in value. The lots west of Victoria Street are expected to have home <br />built on them with values between$650,000 and $900,000.All home types are expected to be <br />ramblers, two-story, and on the west side of Victoria, possibly modified two-story. <br />Aneighborhood meeting was held regarding this proposal on January 21, 2020, and asummary <br />of those discussions and comments has been delivered to the city. The concerns expressed at that <br />meeting have been taken into consideration by the developer in the plat application materials. <br />Public benefits of the proposed plan include an increased tax base, development of the property <br />with the natural environment in mind andproviding additional housing to the growing <br />community. <br /> <br />
