M. and the low bidder to be notifÜ~d by mail on Wednesdey. <br /> <br />The hearing on thp. Krannak re-zoning was declared open. William A Reiling 1727 <br />Lindy st. the spokesman for a group of residpnts in his community stated that t.he <br />people had bought their homes,andhadlandseaped them wi~h the intentioI1 of not having <br />them disturbed. He stated that JAr Kr~nnak had the re-zom.ng done by perJur~T, fraud and <br />dec~i t And was cheating the peonle out of their horne mIå it seems the Council went right <br />along with him. Krannak carried'the re-zoning throuGh without an Abstract certificate <br />which was required of them, for their petition to re-zone back to Class If A'.' Hesidence. <br />Mayor Connor denièd the charge that there WAS perjury,fraud and dec~~t by <br />members of the Council, and wanted the charges substantiated. by the group making the <br />claim. Mr.Kuivenen ~t'id he did not w:mt any court action on the matter And would <br />consent to a compromise. <br />
