Roseville Public Works, Environment and <br />Transportation Commission <br />Agenda Item <br />Date: April 27, 2021 <br />Item Description: Election of Officers <br />Item No: 4 <br />Background: <br />The PWET Commission recently had one member resign from the commission and has since had <br />a new member appointed to the commission who will be sworn in at this meeting. <br />Also, as required by City Code, 201.06.A, at the last meeting preceding the end of regular terms <br />of appointment, each advisory commission shall elect a chair and vice -chair from among its <br />appointed members for a term of one-year and appoint a member to serve on the Ethics <br />Commission. <br />Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this Commission has not met since February, so we must act on <br />these items at this meeting. <br />For reference, attached is the City Code as it pertains to advisory commissions as a whole, the <br />Public Works, Environment and Transportation Commission and the Ethics Commission. <br />Recommended Action: <br />Elect a chair, vice -chair and a member to serve on the Ethics Commission. <br />Attachments: <br />A.
