She suggested potentially expanding the program as it is so popular and helpful <br />301 to so many families. Staff responded that they appreciate the comment and with safety in mind staff <br />302 always works to do everything possible in order to maximize attendance for programs. <br />303 <br />304 Commissioner Ybarra asked who makes the final decision to hold or cancel events such as the <br />305 Parade and Party in the Park.
