Recycled Content Products <br />Products or goods, including roadbed or other aggregate products that are openly marketed and <br />have positive value. Recycled content products do not include use of any commodity for use at <br />landfills. <br />Respondent <br />An organization responding to the City's RFP for Recycling Services. <br />Set -Out Rate <br />The number of SUDS that set out recyclable material each week as a percentage of the number of <br />eligible SUDS in the City. <br />Single Unit Dwelling (SUD) <br />A building containing up to four dwelling units. <br />Steel cans <br />Disposable containers fabricated primarily of steel or tin used for food or beverages. <br />Walk -Up Service <br />A service where the driver will walk up to the resident's garage door, stoop, or other designated <br />location to collect recyclable material. The driver returns the carts to the same location. <br />Waste <br />Any material that is deemed by the processor to be unable to be marketed into recycled content <br />products. Typical "waste" includes pumps on plastic bottles, ceramic material in glass streams, <br />and other prohibited items. (Also referred to as "Non -Targeted Materials".) <br />Zero Waste Events <br />Public events where organizers minimize the amount of waste generated by requiring Recyclable <br />or compostable packaging and products, and Recycling or composting those materials. <br />RFP for City of Roseville Recycling Services • AS <br />
