The Contractor shall submit a proposed alternative means of contaminant and participation measurement for approval by the City. 2.5.2 Multi -Unit Dwellings Contractor shall empty all acceptable materials from inside the containers and a reasonable amount of acceptable, overflow Recyclable materials that may be set adjacent to the containers. The Contractor shall contact the multi -unit building owner that continued overflow Recyclables will necessitate increased service levels (e.g., more containers, more frequent collections, and/or larger containers). After emptying the containers, the Contractor shall return the containers to their appropriate locations. Multi -unit dwellings shall receive service once a week unless a different service frequency is agreed to by the City, the property owner, and the Contractor. The City does not regulate the day of the week multi -unit dwellings shall receive service. Contractor shall inform the City and each dwelling owner or manager the day and approximate time the dwelling is scheduled to receive service. 2.5.3 Municipal Facilities Contractor will provide weekly recycling service at no additional charge to: 1. City Hall — 2660 Civic Center Drive. 2. Roseville Skating Center — 2661 Civic Center Drive. 3. Roseville Maintenance Facility —1140 Woodhill Drive. 4. Roseville Fire Station — 2701 Lexington Avenue. 5. Cedarholm Community Building — 2395 Hamline Avenue. 6. Harriet Alexander Nature Center/Wildlife Rehabilitation Center — 2520 Dale Street. 7. Other mutually agreed upon City facilities. Contractor will provide on -call recycling service to: License Center — 2737 Lexington Avenue. 2.5.4 City Parks Contractor shall provide a proposal for recycling services in City Parks. The proposal should include servicing carts adjacent to parking lots and buildings (less than 25 feet from parking lot), and on trails/pathways on a dollar -per -pull basis.
