3 Annual Reporting and Promotional Activities <br />3.1 Monthly and Annual Materials Reports <br />The Contractor will submit to the City monthly reports and annual reports dealing with the City's <br />recycling program. At a minimum, the Contractor shall include in each report the following <br />information: <br />Gross amounts of materials collected, by recyclable material (in tons). <br />2. Net amounts of materials marketed, by recyclable material (in tons). <br />Amounts stored, by recyclable material, with any notes as to unusual conditions (in <br />tons). <br />4. The markets generally used for the sale of Recyclables. <br />5. Amounts of process residuals disposed (in tons). <br />6. Revenue share credits back to the City (if any). <br />7. Total number of stops. <br />8. End Market Certification as specified in Section 4.6. <br />9. Monthly reports, due to the City by the 15th day of each month. <br />Annual reports shall be due by January 31. The Contractor will be encouraged to include in its <br />annual report recommendations for continuous improvement in the City's recycling program <br />(e.g., public education; multi -unit recycling; sustainability planning; diversity, equity and <br />inclusion; etc.). Examples of monthly and annual reports shall be included with the Contractor's <br />proposal. <br />3.2 Customer Relations Report <br />Monthly the Contractor shall provide the City with: <br />A list of all customer complaints, including a description of how each complaint was <br />resolved. <br />2. A list of all addresses where education tags were left for residents and why the tags <br />were left. <br />A list of all missed pickups and partial dumps reported to the Contractor. <br />RFP for City of Roseville Recycling Services .
