Attachment L <br />Cart Rollout Plan <br />For contractor -owned cart scenarios: <br />If the city chooses a contractor -owned cart proposal from Eureka Recycling there would be no need for a cart <br />rollout because the existing carts are already in place. We would continue to swap, replace, and repair them <br />as needed, as is outlined in the Recycling Cart Management Plan outlined in Attachment D. <br />For city -owned cart scenarios: <br />If the city chooses to switch to city -owned carts, we would work with the city to coordinate a transition from <br />the existing carts that are owned by Eureka Recycling to the new, city -owned carts. We would collaborate <br />with the city and the city's chosen cart vendor to ensure a smooth transition for the residents of Roseville, <br />utilizing our experience managing transitions in other cities. <br />We would recommend scheduling the removal of all carts over a period of two weeks so that they can be <br />removed on the residents' recycling day shortly after being emptied by one of our drivers. This would <br />capture the majority of the carts, and our cart crew would be on hand to handle any additional requests from <br />Roseville residents in the following weeks. <br />
