Roseville Public Works, Environment and <br />Transportation Commission <br />Agenda Item <br />Date: May 25, 2021 <br />Item Description: Election of Vice Chair <br />Item No: 3 <br />Background: <br />The PWET Commission recently had one member resign from the commission and has since had <br />a new member appointed to the commission who was sworn in at the April meeting. Since then, <br />another Commission member has resigned. <br />At the April PWET Commission meeting, Member Wozniak was reelected Chair and Member <br />Huiett was conditionally elected Vice Chair (conditional on her acceptance as she was absent). <br />Since that meeting, Member Huiett has submitted her resignation from the Commission. The <br />Commission must now select a new Vice Chair. The Commission must also select a member to <br />serve on the Ethics Commission. <br />For reference, attached is the City Code as it pertains to advisory commissions as a whole, the <br />Public Works, Environment and Transportation Commission and the Ethics Commission. <br />Recommended Action: <br />Elect a Vice -Chair and a member to serve on the Ethics Commission. <br />Attachments: <br />A.
