♦ Type of materials collected <br />♦ Summary of service level (e.g., every other week curbside Recycling in carts, Single <br />Unit Dwellings, Multi -Unit Dwellings, etc.) <br />If this is a teaming arrangement, collection service references for each team member <br />should be submitted. <br />See Attachment S- Municipal References for Eureka Recycling <br />Qualifications <br />General Management <br />Describe the management structure of your company, including local decision -making <br />authority related to this Agreement. <br />Eureka Recycling is led by Co -Presidents Kate Davenport and Lynn Hoffman, who work with a <br />team of Vice Presidents and Directors to lead the organization. The members of the leadership <br />team who would be most closely involved with this contract are listed below. <br />• Kate Davenport- Co -President. Kate will provide oversight and direction to staff during <br />transition and throughout the term of the contract. <br />• Lynn Hoffman- Co -President. Lynn will provide oversight and direction to staff during <br />transition and throughout the term of the contract. <br />• Carl Ringberg- Director of Fleet Operations. Carl will provide operational leadership <br />through the transition and the duration of the contract. <br />• Joanna Stone- Director of Customer Relations. Joanna will provide Customer Service <br />management throughout the term of the contract. <br />• Miriam Holsinger- VP of Operations and Business Intelligence. Miriam will manage the <br />marketing and analysis of recyclable material being collected. <br />• Katrina Lund — Director of Community Engagement. Katrina will work with the City and <br />its partners to provide zero waste events services, virtual recycling center tours and other <br />community engagement agreements as proscribed in this contract <br />Financial Stability and Strength <br />Provide fmancial data for the previous three years (e.g., balance sheets, annual report). <br />See Attachments Tl and T2 for our Audited Financials for 2017-2019 <br />Special Events <br />List and summarize your past experience with providing Recycling services at special <br />events (e.g., community clean up events, other community events, etc.). <br />Eureka Recycling started one of the first Zero Waste Events programs in the Twin Cities and has <br />supported hundreds of events in reaching their zero -waste goals over the past 20 years. Our <br />services involve advanced planning, on the ground support, and handling of all of the recycling, <br />compostables, and trash generated at the event. We have found that through close partnership <br />with event planners and dedicated planning, we can help events reach a diversion rate of 95% or <br />higher, meaning 95% of the material discarded at the event is recycled or composted.
