efficiency and safety of the driver and the need to make sure participation is convenient <br />for the residents. <br />Multi -Family Education <br />We will also make sure that there is sufficient education for residents in terms of in -mold <br />labels on carts, labels on dumpsters, signage inside buildings and outside and that each <br />resident has the opportunity to have recycling program information in their preferred <br />language, if it is one of the four most common non-English languages in Ramsey County. <br />Our recycling information is available in Spanish, Somali, Hmong and Karen. hi addition <br />we have a contract with a live interpretation service so any caller to our zero <br />waste/customer service hotline can ask to speak with us in up to 170 different languages. <br />Walk -Up Collection Services <br />Describe your plans for Walk -Up collections from Roseville residents with physical <br />limitations: <br />We provide walk up service by request for any resident who finds it physically challenging to <br />roll their cart to the curb. In order to set up this service, we document the location the resident <br />would like us to collect the cart from (usually by their garage) so the driver knows where to look <br />for it, and then we add a note to the driver's route identifying the address as a walk up account. <br />Services at City Buildings <br />Describe your process for planning and implementing the Recycling service levels at City <br />buildings to help assure no overflow of Recyclables. Also, describe your specific strategies <br />you will implement to reduce contamination of Recyclables at City buildings. <br />We would continue to provide existing service at all city buildings, and continue to notify the <br />city when our drivers report contamination so that we can work on solutions together. <br />• Planning for Right -Sizing of Service at City Buildings: <br />We continuously respond to requests to adjust service levels and reports from drivers <br />when accounts need additional capacity. In addition to this, at the beginning of the new <br />contract we would do an assessment of the current level of service, education materials <br />and container placement at each city building.
