Hembrez moved, Carlson seconded, that the minutes be approved as <br />read. Roll call Ayes-(S) Uayes-(O). <br /> <br />Hembrez moved, seconded by Willraus, that the Clerk make extra copies of <br />the minutes and mail to each Council member previous to each meeting. Roll call <br />Ayes-(5) Nayes-(O). <br /> <br />The hearing on the petition of Clinton Ratfield was declared open. There <br />being no one present ob;Jecting to the rezoning, Willmus moved, seconded by <br />Carlson, that the petition be gr:mted and the following described property <br /> <br />That part of the South 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the <br />Southeast IlL¡ of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 15, Town 29, <br />Range 23, subject to the rights of the public in Lexington <br />Av~mue, described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast <br />corner of the above described tract, thence West along the <br />North line of s:lÍu tract 274.5 feet, to a point, thence <br />South parallel with the East line of the said tract to a <br />point equally ([istant from the North and South lines of <br />said tract; thence East to a point on the East line thereof, <br />l6h.19 feet South of the Northeast cornE~r of said tract; <br />thence North along the East line of the said tract l6h.19 <br />feet, to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />be rezoned from Farm Residence to Class B Residential. Roll call Ayes-(S) Nayes-(O). <br /> <br />Mr. Evenson reported on his tabulation, the American National Bank being the <br />low bidder - 1.Uü%. Membrez moved, 'seconded by Hamr.1ersten, that the bonds be placed <br />wi th the AmeriC¿il1 NatJ.onal Bank at a net rate of 1. 74%" and Mr. Evenson was to draw <br />up the necessary papers for the issuing of said bonds.
