For a 4 ton truck add $6Lt4.00 to above figures. Mr. Flowers said
he would give us two 3 ton trucks for the price of the 8 ton. Membrez stated that
the matter should be sent back to the committee, and we would have to re-advertise
for smaller units if we decided to go ~lead æld get equipment. Willmus tolò of
hiE experience in snow planing with 3~ tall truck, feeling it handled a lot easier.

Membrez moved, Hammersten seconded, that we hold up the buying of the
8 ton truck and refer the matter back to the committee for further study and
report at the next meeting. Roll call A,.ves-(4) Nayes-(O).

The proposal of the Banister Eng. Co. was considered. Several questions
were asked b;r members of the Council. Carley explained what he has done to date
on planning and surveys made, and he has enough information at hand now to call
for a hearing anü see if the people are interested in the project, which would
cost $325',000. $75,000 of the amount is for acquiring property - 79.59 acres in
Bennett Lake.

Membrez moved, seconded b~í Hammersten, that we rescind the motion made
Thursday Eve.
